Virtual Divers International (VDI) is the world’s first realistic diving simulator. This App is as close to diving as you can get on your mobile device while playing a game at the same time. More than a game, this simulator puts you in the divers seat!
You can now practice real world diving skills just like you would in a scuba diving certification course. Things like putting the equipment together, clearing your mask, or even learning cool hand signals so you can “talk” to your buddy underwater.
When you take the virtual plunge, you will not only learn new skills, but you will also discover countless marine life and explore incredible underwater scenery.
The game even lets you gain points by discovering marine life or finding gold coins you can use to purchase cool scuba equipment. VDI is all about having the fun of a real dive no matter where you are!
The VDI dive simulator is the ideal way to:

complete advanced courses
discover the underwater world and it’s amazing diversity of marine life

Once you complete the required pre-requisites, you can even earn a virtual dive certification.

Excellent virtual diver experience
This diving simulator is so close to real life. I cant wait for all the new upcoming releases and to keep playing. Glad i got the foundation membership. My kids love it too.
I love diving, and love this app. It has some issues but i think all new technology does. I have asked the developers and they say it will all be fixed soon, and i believe them. Regardless, this app is already awesome, and really cheap @ $35, compared to all my other diving gear and courses @ $1000s of dollars! Haha
This is great, and just what we needed. Gaming and diving combined, plus i can now show my friends why diving is so cool, and they come join me at my local dive shop for adventure every month. Want to see the next dive sites asap.
Pretty good simulation
As a dive instructor, I thought this one was pretty good at showcasing the various aspects of scuba diving training.
It’s precise and upto the point. Showcases accurate equipment and dive practices.
The marine life and the option to click on it for details was quite a nice touch.
The fact that it’s an open world style approach and you can freely roam around while the game showcases real life scenarios such as bottom time and air etc. was quite nice and I think it’s great for people who want to know how it’s like before they actually jump into the water.
Nice underwater environment and quite a little quirks like the salt water croc that you have to find was amusing as well.
Overall, good option for someone who’s looking to get a digital experience of the actual dive world.

Nice update
Almost lost my account details. Went to FAQs and recovered everything stepwise. They have made exact replica of Grenada dive site in this update. Loved it!
